For Original Paintings
Original artworks are shipped from France and will be handled by your local postal service upon arrival.
Each artwork is carefully packaged using bubble wrap, corner protectors, and placed securely in a rigid cardboard box. All original shipments are tracked and insured.
Orders for original artworks are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation. A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery times typically range from 5 to 15 business days depending on the destination.
Please note that delivery times do not include delays caused by customs or postal service disruptions.
For buyers outside of France and the European Union, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by your country. These charges are not included in the price displayed on the website.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. Orders with incorrect addresses cannot be replaced or refunded.
All sales of original artworks are final. No returns or refunds are accepted.
In case of returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
For Prints
Prints are shipped from the United Kingdom and USA will be handled by your local postal service upon arrival.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
For packaging, the prints are rolled and protected, and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box similar to a tube to secure the contents during shipping.
Each print includes a digital signature in the bottom right corner of the artwork.
All sales of prints are final. No returns or refunds are accepted.
In case of returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
